On the eve of World Womens Day, our district has celebrated Mahila Utsav on saturday, 6th march at Lions Bhavan, Secunderabad. A large gathering of Ladies, Lady Lions, cubs participated in the event. The program was inaugurated by Lion Shobhana Tandon and Lion Lady Madhulatha Agarwal. The Chief Guest of the program was our District Governor Lion R K Raju. Lion Minesh N Tandon Vice District Governor I and Lion Mahesh Agarwal Vice District Governor II graced the occassion.
Pooja thali, Sweets preperation, Savoury preperations, Rangoli, spot games, thambola were conducted. Queen of the District was presented to Lion Geetha Manohar Raju a member of Lions Club of Secunderabad Manovikasnagar. It was well organised by Lion Ranjana Malatkar, District Chairman - Women membership.
